Maximum Liability: In no event shall Yanex Square's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00 USD) or the amount you paid to Yanex Square in the last twelve months, whichever is greater.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dubai, UAE, in accordance with the Dubai International Arbitration Centre rules.
